The server landscape is to be monitored with a monitoring solution (Nagios). Additional customised checks are created (DB check, Powershell scripts, etc.)
Specific action steps are defined and the system is monitored 24/7. In the event of an error, it is possible to react quickly.
Thanks to the 24/7 monitoring and the rapid response, many downtimes have already been prevented before they occur. The customer can rely on problems being resolved quickly and reliably.
Fault downtimes have been massively reduced. The ability to create customised checks means that even complex faults can be prevented at an early stage.
