Initial situation:
When a prototype is set up, the process steps and process results that the devices go through are documented using Excel and hand notes.

The software to be developed should communicate with the existing MES systems, which are also used by series production.

Result
The software makes it possible to document prototype devices in the same way as devices from series production.
The process results are now consistently documented and stored centrally in a database.
With the introduction of the software, employees from prototyping and series production can now use the same software tools.
